* Can everything be repaired?
Everything should not be repaired. While there may be a solution for almost all damages we prefer to perform only those services that are worth your while; restoring items to a "like new" state without looking like they were ever repaired.
* What are your turnaround times?
We generally offer a five day turnaround on most repairs but also have a "While you Wait" option on certain repairs. Turnaround times may also vary depending on repair volumes but we provide a RUSH service at an additional charge.
* What are your Payment terms?
We accept full payment upfront and offer credit on orders of $100 and up. These terms became necessary due to the high levels of abandoned items.
* What happens if I am unhappy with the repair? Will I be refunded?
We take pride in satisfying our customers and so will make our best effort to rectify any concerns to the final product. All repairs however are non -refundable as a repaired item cannot be undone. We therefore urge all customers to fully comprehend the work that will be done to their item upfront.
* Do you offer WARRANTY on your repairs?
Certainly! All Repairs carry a 30 day warranty but only on the area that was repaired.
* Can Peeling items be repaired?
No; as our goal is to restore items to a "like new" state and this is simply not possible with an item that is peeling. It would be in the customer's interest to replace the item instead.
* What happens if my item is not collected on time?
Items left in our possession for an excess of 30 days prior to the collection notification being sent will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of Shoe Rehab.
* Can someone collect my item on my behalf?
Yes! They would need to present your original printed receipt or your E- Receipt.
