How will I know the cost of my repair?

-We offer a structured repair prices which are based on the required repair. Sometimes additional costs may be applicable if extra work has to be done on the item.

What is the Warranty period on my repair?

-Warranty period’s ranges from 2 weeks – 3 months and vary based on the repair type. However certain jobs, such as shoe Gluing carry no warranty as we cannot guarantee the integrity of ‘worn’ soles.

Is full payment required upfront?

-A 50% deposit is required on all repairs above $25; while anything below the same is to be paid in full at the time of drop- off.

What is the turnaround time for the repairs?

-Turnaround time vary based on the repair time but usually requires a 3 – 5 day time span. Express service is available on some repairs.

I lost my receipt; how will my item be collected?

-All customers who provide an email address will receive an electronic receipt which can be used to pick up their item.

How will I know when my item is ready?

-Customers will receive a pick up notification via email, once the item is ready for collection. You can also use our “Check Your Status” portal on this website to view your job status.

Are there penalties for late pick -ups?

-Yes; customers will be charged a late fee of $5 weekly following 2 weeks after the collection notice has been sent.
