“CLOSED AND READY FOR PICK UP” – Your item is all ready for pick up!
“OTHER ITEMS REQUIRE COMPLETION” – One or more items (in a multiple drop off) is ready for pick up!
“REQUIRED REPAIR” – Jobs still in progress
